Are you a MSc student, a PhD student or a research fellow interested in applied biomedical research and in core technologies?
Do you want to increase your scientific and transversal skills through a hands-on experience, that will allow you to test yourself working in multinational teams? Are you ready to share your ideas with your peers and with mentors from academia and industry for a common goal?
The InnoCore Consortium is starting its first innovation Challenge! Teams will work on the solution of a scientific or technological need proposed by a company working in the Life Science field.
Who?
We are limiting this first event to a maximum of 25 people under 35 years old, from 4 different Universities (Trento, Coimbra, Masarik-Brno, Granada).
If you want to participate you don’t need to have a full team, we’ll match you with other applicant solvers in order to group all in international and multidisciplinary teams.
Companies that launched the challenges are ChemICare srl (Italy), Dompè Farmaceutici (Italy) Exogenus Therapeutics (Portugal), NanoGetic (Spain), Toxfinder (Portugal).
All you need to do is to fill in the form, upload your CV and save the following dates:
- 28 February 2022: Application Deadline
- 16 March 2022: Kick-off of the Challenge online, meet your team and start solving!
- 16-30 March 2022: Training online sessions for Solvers
- 23 May 2022: Solutions delivery
- 25 May 2022: Projects presentation and closing event in Granada (Spain)
What’s in it for the participants?
Award of 3,000 euro to the winning team (split evenly among team members)
Covered expenses to attend the final event in Granada.
All the participants will be awarded an Open Digital Badge that certifies the attendance and the skills acquired.
